fantastic stay!
excellent care great location polite staff quiet area
The staff offered excellent customer care. Nothing was too much trouble. they were all polite, and efficient. the location is great. It is easy to walk to the center. it is a very quiet area too.
The air conditioning wasn't great. The room felt warm the whole time, even with help from reception.

the hotel is within walking distance to the duomo and via spiga shopping area. it is also close to santa babila church and the metro. the area felt safe at all times.

there is a minibar with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. the room included a coffee maker and a kettle. they also provide items for breakfast in the room, which i thought was nice.

the staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. they also helped with transportation arrangements. the reception staff showed me how to open the door and use the amenities.

I walked to princi bakery for breakfast, only six minutes away. i enjoyed fresh croissants. the hotel provided pre-wrapped croissants in the room. These were handy for an early start.

My room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was massive. the room offered comfortable pillows and molton & brown toiletries. i was happy to find a hairdryer and straighteners were available.

the location was convenient. it was an easy walk to the main sights. staff were helpful. they were kind.
the air conditioning made noise all day. it could not be adjusted in the room. the cleaning service used too much room spray. i have allergies.
